Feeling stressed or overwhelmed? Take six minutes to bring yourself back.
Set an alarm for six minutes, throw your legs up on the couch (backs of calf muscles rest on cushions), bring your hands on your belly, close your eyes and consciously deepen your breath. Inhale and exhale slowly and evenly. Relax and let go as much as possible.
