I’ve been teaching private therapeutic yoga sessions since 2011 and have thousands of hours of experience. I'm an ERYT-500 (experienced registered yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance).

I’ve worked with hundreds of students to increase flexibility, reduce aches and pains, boost mood, improve immune function and sleep, reduce stress, develop emotional resilience, strengthen intuition, learn how to meditate, practice mindfulness in everyday life, connect to higher intelligence, foster connection to self and spirit and develop self-compassion and forgiveness.

Additionally, I’ve helped students find relief from chronic issues including Covid-19, Epstein-Barr virus, fibromyalgia, low back and hip pain, depression and anxiety, scoliosis, kyphosis, chronic pain, grief, arthritis and elevated stress levels.

When you work with me, you’ll learn empowering self-care. You’ll learn to develop and trust your intuition, and you’ll learn the practices you can come back to time and again to become the best version of yourself. I've been studying and applying all methods of the yogic system to my life since 2009. I live and breathe the ancient wisdom of yoga in every moment. I find joy and purpose in teaching others to do the same.

Are we a good fit?

As a result of Covid-19, I’ve begun teaching online private yoga therapy Telehealth sessions instead of in-person. Sessions are still private, confidential, HIPAA-compliant and customized.

Sessions include:

  • gentle, restorative and therapeutic yogasana (movement and stretching);
  • pranayama (energy and breath work);
  • meditation (developing inner witness);
  • mudra (hand gestures);
  • guided meditations (mantras, affirmations and healing imagery);

I also offer distance reiki during sessions and an expanded view of traditional yogic principles, including all limbs of yoga. These methods and techniques expand awareness, thereby increasing well-being. Because each session is customized to the clients’ needs, we use these methods and techniques for specific health concerns. After the initial intake session, we connect and co-create a custom yoga therapy treatment plan, just for you!

Before we begin working together, there are a few requirements:

  • Have a peaceful, distraction-free, well-lit space for our time together.
  • Readiness to begin (or continue) an at-home practice, to invest in your self-care and well-being.
  • Have a strong wifi connection.
  • Have the yoga props below (click the links to purchase on Amazon)*, which we will use for our time together and for your at-home practice:

In this 75 minute initial intake session, we’ll explore your physical, emotional and spiritual concerns, and how private therapeutic yoga sessions with me can help. We’ll discuss the personal goals that you have and co-create a custom treatment plan for your well-being that works for your schedule.

After your initial intake session, it's recommended that you commit to developing an at-home practice, in addition to our time together. This way, you'll receive the maximum benefit of your customized treatment plan. Ongoing sessions can be booked with me at the time of your session.
