Recharge your batteries – self-care is a practice

We spend so much time resetting and rebooting the myriad of devices we own, but rarely—or never—take time to recharge ourselves.

Self-care is a practice—no matter what it looks like—that will refresh and replenish. For me, meditations in nature are my favorite. Being with the natural ease, abundance and joy of the outdoors makes me feel like I’m home.

All of nature is conscious and water is like a magnet that pulls my soul back to where it belongs. Connection within to universal oneness, connection without to universal consciousness. Stillness in nature is like hitting the reset button for me.
