One-on-one yoga therapy sessions with Cyndi Roberts

I’ve been a yoga therapist since 2011 and have thousands of hours of experience teaching custom one-on-one yoga therapy sessions.

I’ve worked with hundreds of students to increase flexibility, reduce aches and pains, boost mood, improve immune function and sleep, reduce stress, develop emotional resilience, strengthen intuition, learn how to meditate, practice mindfulness in everyday life, connect to higher intelligence, foster connection to self and spirit and develop self-love and forgiveness.

Additionally, I’ve helped students find relief from chronic issues including low back and hip pain, depression and anxiety, scoliosis, kyphosis, chronic pain, grief, arthritis and elevated stress levels, to name a few.

When you work with me, you’ll learn empowering self-care. You’ll learn to develop and trust your intuition, and you’ll learn the practices you can come back to time and again to become the best version of yourself.

Your first yoga therapy session

This session is for new students only and must be booked as your first session. In this 75 minute initial intake session, we’ll explore your physical, emotional and spiritual concerns, and how yoga therapy sessions with me can help. We’ll discuss the personal goals that you have, a custom plan for your well-being, and your level of commitment.

Ongoing yoga therapy sessions


After your initial intake session, you’ve got options for how to work with me. Each private yoga therapy session with me includes a blend of therapeutic, restorative and gentle yoga customized for your needs, guided meditations, visualizations, breath work, reiki energy healing, aromatherapy and sound therapy.

Options for working with me


Yoga therapy sessions with me are booked in-person, at the time of your session.

  • 1 session per week: $80*
  • 2 sessions per week: $140*
  • 3 sessions per week (limited availability): $210*
  • 5 session pack: $375 ($25 savings, expires 6 months from date of purchase. To be used weekly or bi-weekly only)*
